Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
